Hey there new friend! My name is Jessica. My friends call me Jess or Jessy. Once upon a time, I was a heavyset gal, struggling to keep my head above water in a sea of pizza and ice cream. I was living in a kind of Groundhog Day, where every day felt the same and I was trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine. But little did I know, that was just the beginning of my journey.

One day, I had a close encounter with the Grim Reaper (also known as a heart attack scare) and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew something had to change. So, like a hero answering the call to adventure, I set out on a quest to transform my life and health.

But let me tell you, it wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns. There were times when I felt like giving up and just diving headfirst into a bucket of fried chicken. But like any good hero, I had to face my obstacles and learn to overcome them. I started eating right, working out, and taking the right supplements. It was like going to battle every day, but I was determined to emerge victorious.

And you know what? I did! I conquered the dragon of obesity, slayed the monster of unhealthy eating habits, and emerged victorious, lighter and stronger than ever before. I felt like I had just saved the world from a dark and terrible fate!

And now, like any good hero, I want to use my experience to help others on their own journeys. I’ve launched my blog to share my story, my tips and tricks, and my sense of humor (because let’s face it, laughter is the best medicine) with anyone who’s struggling like I was.

So, my friend, if you’re feeling like you’re stuck in your own version of Groundhog Day, don’t despair. The hero’s journey isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Just remember to grab your sword (or salad tongs) and face your challenges head-on. And always remember, you’ve got a hero in you too.
